A fall can be a life-changing experience! In this class, Scott will teach us some techniques that can help diminish the possibility of a fall occurring. He will share with you the most common ways people fall and how it may be prevented. You will also learn several exercises to strengthen your foundation or “core muscles”.
If you have fallen, stumbled or can tell your balance has diminished, this class will be beneficial to you and your family. Hindsight is always 20/20, so make it a priority to be there and learn some valuable information to keep you from falling. This class is designed for you to go at your own pace.
