FAMILY LIFE CENTER [Now Open!]

Since 1958 Colonial Heights Christian has been a church with doors wide open to everyone. The heart of CHCC is connection--reaching out in love to people with the gospel, leading them to a life-changing connection to Jesus Christ, and coming together as part of God's family. A continuous prayer of CHCC has been that God would bring an increase, and He has again exceeded expectations. As a result, we found the need for a third expansion to the facilities.

The Building to Serve Campaign kicked off in early 2009, construction began in early 2010, and the new Family Life Center is essentially complete.  The center houses six classrooms, a library, eight offices, a workroom, a large youth room, a kitchen (to be completed in the future), a full-size gymnasium, and an elevator that services both the new and existing buildings. We are so thankful for additional room for the children and youth, consolidated offices, and facilities for church and community events.

We pray this project will be a tool in God's hand, helping us all connect to God, His Word, and All People.
